Sylph, the elemental of Air, tears away unnecessary layers, then whispers to us of freedom through surrender. If we allow her, she will carry us with a powerful fluidity to destinations limited only by our imagination. It takes a certain trust to let go of warm layers when she blows, turning rain to sleet to snow; but devotion to let her in is rewarded. Hard edges are hewn soft, time afore and past is stripped away, and all is carried off while only the core remains.

The coldest photoshoot I have ever experienced was this dynamic day on the Isle of Skye. The wind was so intense that within the span of an afternoon it carried with it sunshine, then sleet, then snow, then more sun. Needles of sleet dashed against my skin, removing the extraneous, willowing me to the core before abating and allowing me new clarity. All the birds of the air know this, holding fast to await the passing and to reemerge anew in chorus from the quiet that follows.

UK and EU print-only orders feature free shipping via Royal Mail. Print orders to the rest of the world, and all framed artworks, are shipped securely by DHL courier at a heavily discounted flat rate from $9.

Orders are dispatched within 5 working days. Thereafter, they should arrive within 5 days to the UK/Europe and North America, and 5 to 7 days for Australia/New Zealand. Other destinations may vary - please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Our printing company is 100% carbon neutral and all our packaging is environmentally friendly. Everything is either recyclable or biodegradable and that includes the stickers, tape, compostable bubble wrap, as well as the frame edge protectors used.
